1. Q: How many weddings does Black Gold Golf Club have at one time?
A: One at a time. We can however have more than one wedding or reception per day. We anticipate not ever hosting more than two weddings or receptions per day and we hope that the brides, bridal parties, guests, etc., would never have to intermix with each other.

2. Q: What is the maximum amount of people Black Gold Golf Club can accommodate for a Wedding Reception or wedding ceremony?
 A: Wedding Reception: 216 people with a 15’ by 18’ dance floor. 240 people without a dance floor. A: Wedding Ceremony: From 5 to 300 people

3. Q: Can we bring in outside catering? 
A: Yes, however it must be from a licensed vendor and they must supply all of the food and preparation equipment. Outside Caterers may not use Black Gold Golf Club’s Kitchen. We can however provide the staffing, plates, flatware, barware, linens, and other misc. items. We have hosted many successful events under these circumstances.

4. Q: Can we bring in our own outside vendors?
A: Yes, however as a convenience to our clients we have nurtured a preferred vendor list for potential options.

5. Q: Can I rent the clubhouse for public / private events? 
A: Yes, the clubhouse will be available for rental, both for public and private events. Call Julie Spencer (714) 961-0253 Ext. 117 for information.

6. Q: What are the time frames for weddings? 
A: Afternoon- 10:00am to 3:00pm or Evening-5:00pm to 10:00pm, *6:00pm to 11:00pm, *7:00pm to 12:00pm.) *Additional fees will apply.

7. Q: Do you allow live music, bands, or DJ’s on the premises for an event? 
A: Yes, our special event’s coordinator will assist you with your requirements and arrangements.

8. Q: Is Black Gold Golf Club wheelchair accessible/ADA compliant? 
A: Yes, both “The Falls” outdoor special events lawn and the clubhouse are wheelchair accessible and compliable with ADA (American with Disabilities Act) regulations. 

9. Q: Where do we obtain a wedding license in the state of California?
A: Visit the California Department of Public Health website.
